Add 1 fizz ball to your bath water or try using a bath fizz ball in your foot spa for an extra treat.
Bath Melts
Add 2 bath melts to a warm bath and it will dissolve into the bath water.
Bath Sea Salts – 250ml

Add a generous handful of bath salts to a warm bath, climb in and relax!
Bath Crystals for aching muscles – 250ml
Dissolve 250ml of the bath crystals in warm water and add to a hot bath. Soak for at least 10 minutes in a warm bath as stiff muscles and joints respond well to heat. Afterwards, wear warm, comfortable clothes – or a gown – and allow a recovery period of at least 20 minutes. Drink at least 2 glasses of water during and/or after your treatment. If you suffer from arthritis and/or stiff joints, it is best to keep moving after your bath. Gentle stretches and exercises to stimulate the joints can be beneficial. Remember to relax afterwards.
Bath Crystals for immune boosting and flu-buster – 250ml
Dissolve 250ml of the bath crystals in warm water and add to a hot bath. Soak for at least 10 minutes in a warm bath as stiff muscles and joints respond well to heat. Afterwards, wear warm, comfortable clothes – or a gown – and allow a recovery period of at least 20 minutes. Enjoy a bath treatment for 3 days, and then every alternate day until the end of the week.

Soy Massage Candles
Once the candle is burning and some wax has melted, carefully dip your finger into the melted wax – be careful not to burn your finger in the flame – and use the liquid melted wax to rub into the skin.
